How to connect Eventbrite

Sync your past, current and future events ticket sales & customers to Audience Republic every hour from Eventbrite. 

Sync your Organizations, events, ticket sales and customers with the Eventbrite Integration.

 


Key Benefits

  • The user you connect must have permissions to "Manage orders and attendees" in Eventbrite. 


    Connect Eventbrite to Audience Republic

    • From your Account (bottom left) select Account Settings
    • Choose the Integrations tab
    • Click Connect Eventbrite

  • Select a list to subscribe associated contacts to (optional):

  • Choose the date you want to sync your data from (optional)*
    *We recommend selecting a date that is not too far in the past, otherwise it may cause an error.
  • Click Confirm to continue the connection


  • Click Allow to accept the terms and conditions

  • Once the connection process is complete, your Eventbrite connection will be visible.

 

Troubleshooting - Eventbrite account
"Manage orders and attendees" permissions
You will need permissions to "manage orders and attendees" to link your Eventbrite account to Audience Republic. If you connect an account with lower level permissions the ticket sales will not sync to the events.
Contact the manager of your Eventbrite account and ask for the right permissions. How to change user permissions in Eventbrite.

My event shows no ticket sales
Ensure you have connected a user with "manage orders and attendees" permissions.


How to stop an organization (brand) from syncing events

  • Click Remove next to the organizations that you don't want syncing events

What data will be synced?

  • Event data: name, date, ID, time
  • Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time
  • Contact data: Full name, email address
  • Sync frequency is once on a daily basis
  • Note: The contacts who have not opted-in for marketing will still be synced into the platform, but they will not be added to any message lists since they have not opted-in.


What data won't be synced?

  • Date of birth
  • Contact ID
  • Mobile number
  • Country
  • State
  • City
  • Tags
  • Process refund data
  • Webhook syncs


Syncing Free events

  • If you have free events in your Eventbrite account, certain data from those free events won't be synced to your Audience Republic account, this includes contacts Mobile numbers and Date of birth.

Data Discrepancy

Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its unique way of calculating and displaying ticketing data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
