Understand your fans better at a personal level by using Contact Profiles
Before you get started
- Make sure you have imported contacts to the Audience Republic platform.
- **Please note that you cannot edit or change a contact's email address**
- As Email Address is used as the identification for each contact, this will require you to import a CSV file that contains the contact's updated information
- After, remember to delete the contact's previous details
How to use Contact Profiles
- Go to Audience Menu
- Click on the contact you want to view
- Please note: if you don't have a Pro or Plus plan, you will have limited access to what you can view on a contact's profile.

In the Activity tab, you can view what messages were sent to the contact
