Want to get better engagement in your campaigns? Customize your campaign referral points, and the point earn rates per brand and action, to incentivize fans to take action and share your presale campaign link.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have created a campaign
How to customize points for referrals (any channel)
- In your campaign, go to Step 5: Invite friends
- Click Show Settings
- Change the Referral Points (for all channels) *the maximum points value is 100*
- Points will automatically be updated
How to customize earn points per brand and action
- In your campaign, Go to Step 6: Earn more points
- Select the Social account (like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook) and enter your Brand Name
- Click ⋮ Settings
- Change the Referral points
- Click Save
Follow and save Spotify podcast episodes
Encourage fans to follow your podcast and save episodes from Campaigns. This is a great way to connect with fans beyond their event experience. They can also earn points for following and saving episodes!
