POS/RFID imports add another dimension to your event data. This allows you to look beyond 'ticket type' and surface spending behavior relating to merchandise and F&B.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have created an event
- Make sure your POS/RFID data matches the import formatting requirements
- Attached is a template that you can use for importing POS orders
How to import sales data from your POS/RFID provider
- Go into the event
- In the top left-hand corner, click Orders
- Click POS Orders
- Click the settings icon
- Click Import POS Orders
- Select the CSV POS file to import
- Map the fields to import into Audience Republic
- Click Import
- POS Orders will display Name, QTY of orders sold (per customer), Order total, Order ID, Source (such as Shopify), Status, and Order date
