Automatically remove contacts from specific lists by setting up an automation
Before you get started
- Make sure you have access to the Audience Manager and Automation
How to automatically remove contacts from lists
- Create a New Automation
- Drag and drop 'Tag added'
- Create a new tag, such as 'June 2023 remove contacts'
- Drag and drop the "remove from list" action (select the list)
- If you want to remove contacts from another list, simply drag and drop another "remove from list" action
- Start the automation
- Go to Audience Manager
- Use Filters to find the contacts that you want to remove
Example:
Subscribed to list (select the list(s)
And
Opened Message "no message"
- Select all contacts and add the Tag you created in the Automation (such as 'June 2023 remove contacts')
- Please allow 5 minutes for the tagged contacts to be automatically removed from the list(s.
