This guide will help you configure a scheduled report within Moshtix to send your event data to Audience Republic.

Before You Get Started

• Ensure you have:
  - An active Moshtix account with reporting access
  - An active Audience Republic account
• Also make sure your Audience Republic Customer Success Manager has provided you with:
  • S3 Path
  • Access Key
  • Secret Key

How to configure a scheduled report within Moshtix

Step 1: Log In to Moshtix Control Room

• Navigate to Moshtix and log in to your control room.

Step 2: Access Reports

• Once logged in, go to Reports > Insights via the menu on the left-hand side.

Step 3: Explore All Reports

• At the top of the page, click or tap Explore All

Step 4: Locate "Shared With Me"

• A list of popular items will appear. Select the option called SHARED WITH ME.

Step 5: Choose Report Type

• Select Purchasers by Ticket

Step 6: Click ‘Settings’

• Locate the Settings button in the top right corner of the "Purchasers By Ticket" reports

Step 7: Name the Report

• Give your report a name: Schedule > Name your schedule 

Step 8: Select Amazon S3

• Choose Amazon S3 in the Where should this data go? section

Step 9: Enter Bucket Details

• Input ar-integrations-moshtix into the Bucket field.

Step 10: Optional Path

• Enter the path in the Optional Path field.

Step 11: Enter Keys

• Input the Access Key and Secret Key.

Step 12: Select Region

• Choose Asia Pacific (Sydney) - ap-southeast-2.

Step 13: Format Data

• Set the data format to CSV

Step 14: Set Trigger

• Choose Repeating Interval for the trigger

Step 15: Delivery Schedule

• Set Deliver this schedule to Daily at 6am

• 
  

Step 17: Apply Filters

• Under Filters, set Booking Transaction Timestamp to is in the past 1 days
  

<aside> ⚠️ The above is extremely important. If this is not set correctly 0 data will feed across to us.

• Client for event is yes
• Events is not blank
• Order subscribers is any value
  

Step 18: Save and Test

• Click Save All, then reopen the report and click Send Test

Step 19: Verify Data

• Contact your Customer Success Manager to verify that the data has been successfully ingested.

By following these steps, you'll be able to set up a scheduled report in Moshtix that will automatically send data to Audience Republic, streamlining your event management process.
