Get closer to your fans by viewing insights on the campaign dashboard, including demographics, top referrers and top artists/tracks popular with your audience.
Before you get started
- First, you need to create a campaign
How to view campaign insights
- Navigate to the Campaigns menu
- Search for the campaign you would like insights for
- Hover your mouse over the campaign image to reveal a View Results button. Click View Results.
- Alternatively, you can click the click the ⋮ icon and select View results
- You'll then be taken to the campaign dashboard
- Click on the Insights tab to view campaign insights.
Understand campaign insights
Insights are available in real-time and will start to populate once fans begin registering for the campaign.
- The first two widgets highlight the top fans who have registered for this campaign based on their total spend and attendance of events across your account. *Note that these insights can only be shown if you import ticket sales data, or connect to your ticketing provider.
- The next widget shows the location of registrants. You can view this by City, State or Country (dependant on your selected registration fields for the campaign)
- The next two widgets show the demographic (age and gender) split of your registrants for this campaign.
- The 'Top referrers' widget shows the registrants who have produced the highest number of referrals for this campaign.
- The 'Top artists' widget shows the artists that are most popular with your registrant audience. *Note that this widget can only display insights if fans can connect via Spotify during your campaign.
- The next two widgets show the top tracks and podcasts that are popular with your registrant audience. *Note that this widget can only display insights if fans can connect via Spotify during your campaign.
