How to find out who purchased tickets from your presale campaign

Filter ticket sales to see how many fans have registered for your presale campaign and purchased a ticket.

Before you get started

• Make sure you have created a campaign
• You must have Audience Manager to save the segments
• Sales data must be imported via a CSV file into the event OR ticketing integration must be connected and synced for that event

How to find out who purchased tickets from your presale campaign

• Go to Audience Manager
  
• Click Filter
• Select Campaign
• And Registered to ANY
• Select the campaign
• Click Save segment

• Name the segment and click Save

• Go to Events and open the Event 
• Click Filter

• Select the saved Segment
• Click Apply

• This will show how many fans have registered for your presale campaign and purchased a ticket.
