Use the filters in the Audience menu to segment ticket sales automatically synced with an integration (like Eventbrite or Uni).
Create segments from your ticket integrations data using filters in the Audience menu.
Popular segments include contacts who:
- Purchased tickets to an event
- Did not purchase tickets to an event
- Registered for a presale campaign but did not purchase tickets
- Bought tickets to a previous event but not this one
- Navigate to the Audience menu
- Click the Filter icon on top left of the audience table. This will expose to filter menu from the left side.
- Choose +Add filter to reveal filter options
- Select Event
- Tick the event which is synced with an integration
- If you have more than one event selected, be sure you have selected the correct option from the drop down menu
- Select Apply filter and the Audience table will adjust to display contacts who purchased tickets to that event
- Select Save segment
