Whether you're adding a Facebook event, Instagram page, or Spotify playlist to your campaign, the URL action channels must be formatted correctly in order for them to work. Before you get started
- Make sure you have created a campaign
Formatting the action channels
- In your campaign, go to Step 6: Earn more points
- Add a Brand Name then click Add action
- For Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, and Twitch: copy the URL
- Shorten the URL so only the channel ID is shown at the end, like this:
- For Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, insert the social channel's username, like this:
