What URL formats are accepted for each Action channel

Whether you're adding a Facebook event, Instagram page, or Spotify playlist to your campaign, the URL action channels must be formatted correctly in order for them to work. Before you get started

Formatting the action channels 

  • In your campaign, go to Step 6: Earn more points
  • Add a Brand Name then click Add action
  • For Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, and Twitch: copy the URL
  • Shorten the URL so only the channel ID is shown at the end, like this:


  • For Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, insert the social channel's username, like this:
