Before you get started
- Make sure to have your SEE Tickets account manager's email address on hand - this is a requirement for setting up this integration.
- Please note: Only events connected to the specified merchant ID will sync
How to connect to your SEE Tickets UK account
- Go the Integrations menu
- Next to SEE Tickets, click Connect
- You will be told to contact support@audiencerepublic.com to finish connecting your SEE Tickets UK account:
- *Please ensure you have your SEE Tickets account manager's email address (as Support will request this from you)*
- Support will contact your account manager from SEE Tickets to notify them that you're interested in setting up an integration with Audience Republic. SEE Tickets and Audience Republic will connect your account.
- As soon as your SEE Tickets integration account is ready in Audience Republic, Support will notify you.
- You will then see your account connected - like below:
What data will be synced?
- Only events connected to the specified merchant ID will sync
- Event data: name, date, ID, time
- Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time
- Contact data: Full name, email address, mobile number with country code, city, state, country, date of birth
- Auto sync frequency is daily
What data won't be synced?
- Event images
- Tour information
- Refund data
- Contact ID
- Tags
- Webhook syncs
- Cannot resync events if they are deleted
- Cannot resync Full Event Data
- No marketing opt-in available from See Tickets UK
Data Discrepancy
Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its unique way of calculating and displaying ticketing data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
