To measure the ticket sales generated from your emails, link your email to specific events before sending it. This allows you to track and attribute sales to the email campaign. After sending, you can view the results in the Conversions tab to see the sales associated with the linked events.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have created an email
How to link your email to selected events
- On the Email Messaging overview page, before sending your email, click Prepare to Send
- You will see the option "Link to an event". Select the events you wish to link the email to.
This step ensures that you can track the ticket sales generated from the email:
- Once you’ve selected your events, click Send Now to send the email
- After your email has been sent, go to the Conversions tab to view the selected events and the sales attributed to the message.
