Understand the impact of your emails by using Conversions. Link your email message to an event to view detailed insights on revenue.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have access to the Messaging Menu
- Ensure you have sent an email
- You can import ticket sales data before you've sent the email - ensure there is a Timestamp included in your data
- Please note, the ticket data could also be coming from an integration
How to connect your event(s) in email Conversions
After you've sent an email, connect your event(s) to see how much revenue your emails are making.
*Note: Conversions are tracked from any tickets purchased after the email is sent.
- Click Add Event or Next to Filter, click Select Event
- In the drop-down menu, select the event(s)
- Click Apply
- Please note that any current data will be cleaned, and updated data will appear.
Conversion definitions
Total conversion revenue: the revenue attributed to recipients of this message (related to connected events)
Total quantity of orders: the number of orders attributed to recipients of this message (related to connected events)
Average tickets purchased per recipient: shows the average number of orders attributed to recipients of this message (related to connected events)
Select the Time Constraint
- Please note that the Time Constraint is defaulted to 6 days and ranges from the first 24 hours to 14 days
- We recommend decreasing email timing for frequent emails and increasing the timing for infrequent emails.

Conversions line graph
One line should exist for each connected event
Where multiple events are connected, ensure they are displayed as items beneath the graph
Where multiple events are connected, user should be able to click the “Cumulative” drop-down
From here, user can toggle one or multiple events to determine what displays on the graph
“Cumulative” should be selected by default - this should display all connected events on the graph
Where one event is connected “Cumulative” drop-down should not render
Toggle between “Sales” and “Quantity”
This updates the graph to display sales and quantity values
The graph has access to all standard graph manipulation tools that are built into this component
Recipients are displayed in a table at the bottom of the page
Total number of recipients is shown above the table
Use filters set at the top of the page
The table displays the following values
*please note, you cannot add/remove values
Name
Email
Event name (where multiple events are connected to the message)
Quantity (of tickets purchased)
Order total (total value of purchases)
Order date
