Campaign Registration Fields & Custom Fields

To better qualify and segment your audience, you can customize the questions that fans must answer upon registration. 


Campaign registration fields

To add or edit the registration fields for your campaign, navigate to the 'Step 2: Registration details' page of the campaign builder.


Standard registration fields

You can choose to include or exclude most of the standard registration fields (except for email). By default, email address, first name, last name and mobile number are automatically selected. 

  • To exclude a field, click the x to the right of the field name. 
  • To add additional fields, click the '+Add field' link

Custom registration fields

You can also add additional custom fields to the registration requirements (e.g. Genre preferences) like this:

  • Click on the '+Add field' link:

  • Then click '+Add custom field':

  • Using the Existing Custom Fields drop down, you can select from custom fields you have previously created
  • To create a new custom field, enter the field name

  • Then, select the field type from the drop-down list. 'Single Select' means only one value is allowed to be selected by the fan, and 'Multi-Select' means that fans can choose more than one value when registering their details.

  • In the Field option boxes, add the values you would like fans to select from when answering this question.
  • To add additional options, click '+Add option'

  • For each option, you can also choose a tag to be applied to the fan's customers profile

  • Once finished, click Save

Re-order registration fields

Registration fields can be moved around simply by clicking and dragging:



How to add a Custom field to your Campaign

  • Go to the Campaigns menu, click on an existing campaign or create a new camapign
  • In Step 2: Registration fields, scroll to +Add field
  • Select Custom Field

  • Select an existing Custom Field or create a new Custom Field

  • In Field Type, you can also add a text, number, or date

  • Click Save


*Note: When your campaign is Live, you will see this data once fans have registered



Populating Custom Fields

  • Via a Campaign: As a fan completes this, their responses will be populated accordingly.

**Please Note: There will be a small delay between the import completion and the custom fields being visible. This is expected and should not be cause for alarm.
