Import your ticket sales data or connect to your ticketing provider to reveal insights about your events.
How to search for your event
In the Search bar within the events page, type in your event name or venue name to search

How to view event insights
- Navigate to the Events menu
- Search for the event you want to view, and click on the event image. This will bring you to the event dashboard.
- Click on the Insights tab
- Under the Insights tab, you can choose to view Event Insights which includes:
- Most popular day
- Most popular time
- Alternatively you can click on the Audience Insights tab to reveal:
- Top spending ticket buyer
- Repeat ticket buyers
- Location
- Age
- Gender
- Top referrers
- Top artists
- Top tracks
- Top podcast shows
Ticket sales
The Event Ticket Sales dashboard shows a summary of all conversions for event-linked messages and SMS messages. This lets you easily view how many sales are attributed to all messages linked to the event (and just to the selected event)
- If you have messaging conversions enabled, with the connected events, you will see the ticket sales attributed to all related messages in the Event insights menu:
Example:
- A CTA is shown if you do not currently have access to Messaging Conversions

- Click on the graph to add a new annotation
- You can Edit or Delete the annotation
- Please be aware that messages sent and any campaigns linked to the event will be displayed in the graph and cannot be edited or removed:
