Filter options: 'registered to all' and 'registered to any'

The difference between 'all' vs 'any' & 'and' vs 'or' filter options.

When you select a filter you will see specific options available for that filter. These options change based on the filter. 

What's the difference between 'registered to all' and 'registered to any'?

Some filters like campaigns and events have 'any' and 'all' options. If you have selected more than one campaign or event, these options have a big impact on the audience shown.


  • Registered to all - This option will show all contacts who have registered to all of the campaigns selected. If there are three campaigns selected, the contacts shown will have registered for all three campaigns. This will be a smaller dataset than 'registered to any'.

  • Registered to any - Shows all contacts who have registered to any of the campaigns selected. If there are three campaigns selected, the contacts shows will have registered for at least one of the three campaigns selected. This dataset will always be larger than the 'registered to all' option.

  • Not registered to all - Shows all contacts who have not registered for all campaign of the campaigns selected. If there are three campaigns selected, the contacts shown will have registered to none of the campaigns or one or two of them, but not all of them. This will be a larger dataset than 'not registered to any.'

  • Not registered to any - Shows all contacts who have not registered to any of the campaigns selected. If there are three campaigns selected, the contacts shown will have registered to none of the campaigns selected.
