To get started you need
- A Universe account with future or past events.
How to connect Universe to Audience Republic
- From your Account (bottom left) select Account Settings
- Choose the Integrations tab
- Click Connect Universe
- A Universe dialog box will open, select Allow to connect your account
What data will be synced?
- Event data: name, date, ID, time
- Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time
- Contact data: Full name and email address
- Auto sync frequency is 120 minutes
What data won't be synced?
- Mobile number
- Date of birth
- Country
- State
- City
- Postcode
- Tags
- Marketing opt-ins: this integration cannot automatically add fans to message lists because it does not offer any kind of opt-in flag for marketing.
