How to add tags to contacts when Audience is locked

If you're not using a Pro or Plus plan you won't have access to Audience, however you can still add tags to contacts.


Before you get started

How to add tags to contacts when Audience is locked

  • Go to Audience Menu
  • Click on Filter and Select the chosen Filter(s)
  • Click Apply Filter
  • Select the checkbox to select all filtered contacts
  • Click Tags > Add
  • Enter a new Tag
  • Click on Create New Tag > Save
