If you're not using a Pro or Plus plan you won't have access to Audience, however you can still add tags to contacts.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have imported contacts to the Audience Republic platform.
How to add tags to contacts when Audience is locked
- Go to Audience Menu
- Click on Filter and Select the chosen Filter(s)
- Click Apply Filter
- Select the checkbox to select all filtered contacts
- Click Tags > Add
- Enter a new Tag
- Click on Create New Tag > Save
