Use filters in the Messaging Menu if you want to message people who have specially attended an event.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have access to the Messaging Menu
- Have a Master list that contains all your contacts data
- Have events that contain ticket sales data so you know who attended the event
How to segment lists for your event
- Head to the Messaging Center and choose New Message > Email
- From there, select the "To" list
- Then click Filter which will open in a sidebar
- Select Add Filter
- Select To specific event
- Tick the box of the desired event(s)
- Apply Filter
- Click Apply Filter to segment for that particular event
