How to message previous ticket buyers

Use filters in the Messaging Menu if you want to message people who have specially attended an event.

Before you get started

  • Make sure you have access to the Messaging Menu
  • Have a Master list that contains all your contacts data
  • Have events that contain ticket sales data so you know who attended the event

How to segment lists for your event

  • Head to the Messaging Center and choose New Message > Email
  • From there, select the "To" list
  • Then click Filter which will open in a sidebar
  • Select Add Filter
  • Select To specific event
  • Tick the box of the desired event(s)
  • Apply Filter
  • Click Apply Filter to segment for that particular event
