What is Event Power Ups?

The Power Ups feature is designed to assist promoters in implementing effective marketing strategies for their events. It guides promoters in sending email or SMS messages that are linked to a specific event. Once a message is sent, promoters can view insights about popular ticket purchase times, the day tickets were purchased, the average open rate for the event, as well as whether fans opened the email at the time of ticket purchase.

  • A power up page is generated for every event in the platform. It contains three pre event templates and one post event templates.
  • You can create your own templates as well.

  3. Day of the event: Message your ticket buyers any event details like set times, directions or changes.
  4. Post event - Day after the event: Message your ticket buyers a thank you message after the event has ended and ask for feedback on your event

Power Up examples

#1 Example of Power Up: To send a message on the day of the event (this will be sent at midnight on the day of the event)

#2 Example of Power Up: Send a message when a ticket is purchased to the event:

*Please note: this can only be up to 24 hours as it this option is based on when ticket sales enter into Audience Republic via a connected integration, this is not instant - as the API updates once per day.
