Before you get started

How to insert an event in the email builder

  • In the email builder, under 'Content,' click & drag the 'Insert Event' block

  • Click Select Event to select your existing event
  • Select the event and click Insert 
    Please note: Only existing events that are in your Audience Republic account will appear on the "Select Events" menu
  • If your event does not include a URL for the "purchase" button, a pop-up note will appear as a reminder to include the URL link:

  • Click on the "purchase" button, and add the event link in the URL section on the right:


How to replace an existing event to another event

  • Click on the Event: In the email builder, go to the section where the current event is listed and click on it.

  • Select the New Event:

    • Under the "Rows" section, click the "Select Event" option
    • Choose the new event from the available options to replace the existing one.
