Before you get started
- Make sure your data includes the Show IDs and Order IDs
- Custom Fields can also be mapped when importing
How to import events & ticket orders
- Navigate to the Events menu
- Click on the down arrow ˅ next to the Create event button to reveal a menu
- From the pop up box, select Import orders
- Drag and drop the saved CSV file into the drop box, or click to browse and upload the file from your saved location.
- Map the fields to the corresponding column headings in your CSV file, then click Import. The time to import depends on the size of your file.
- Once the import has been completed, you'll receive a confirmation email and the order tallies will appear in the Events menu
- By clicking on an event, you can see more detailed information on the Ticket Sales tab

Defining fields
Event ID - The id (usually number) of an Event associated to an Event Name (eg - Event Name: Big Party. Event ID: 01234)
Order ID - The id of the recipient (fan) order for buying a ticket/s to that Event
Show ID is specific to Ticketek and will only appear if a user selects Ticketek as a ticket provider
