Before you get started

• Make sure you have access to the Events Menu
• Have created an Event (if you're importing ticket sales only)

Importing Ticket sales and/or Events

• Go to the Events page
• Click Import Events
  

• Select the Type of import:

• Select the Date Format, Timezone, Currency, POS Provider and Ticket Provider

• Click Continue
• Upload your CSV

• Map the Columns to the correct Fields
• *Ensure there are no brackets () in Mobile numbers, otherwise an error will appear like below:

• *If you're including Custom Fields, you must create the Custom Fields before starting the import

• Click Next
• If there are any formatting errors in your CSV file, the system will display the errors
• Select Delete ALL rows with errors to clean your file

• Click Import
