Before you get started

• Make sure you have a TicketBooth account
• Ensure you have your TicketBooth API Token

How to connect to Ticketbooth

To connect your account, please add the following credentials: 

• Seller ID: this can be any name
• TicketBooth API Token

• Once connected, your TicketBooth events will appear in your Audience Republic account

What data will be synced?

Event data:

• Name, date, time, event ID

Order data: 

• ID, Orders, Price

Contact data:

• Name, email address, mobile number (without country code), country, state, city

Auto sync Frequency is daily

Historical sync limit is 4 years

What data won't be synced?

• Date of birth
• Tags 
• Gender
• Event images: you will need to add images to your events 
• Tour information
• Refund data
• No mobile country code
• Cannot resync Full Event Data manually 
• Cannot Resync events if they are deleted 
• Marketing opt-ins: this integration cannot automatically add fans to message lists because it does not offer any kind of opt-in flag for marketing.

Data Discrepancy

Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its unique way of calculating and displaying ticketing data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
