Sync your Try Booking contacts, orders and events to your Audience Republic account
Single account support
Before you get started
- Make sure you have a Try booking account
Step 1: Setting up your API Key and Secret
- Log into your Try Booking account: https://portal.trybooking.com/au/dashboard
- Click “Integration tools” on the right-hand side and go to “API Key Management”
- Under the API Key Management page, click on 'Generate new Token'
- The API Key and Secret will appear, please copy them or write them down
- Log into your Audience Republic account, in the Integrations menu, click on Try Booking and connect
- Copy and paste these into the requested fields:
- Once completed, select “Click Here” to copy the webhook URL for the next step.
- Then click Confirm
Step 2: Setting up Webhooks
The final part is to set up your webhooks. This is also required to ensure updates to events or orders come through into our system:
- Ensure you have copied the webhook URL from the 'Connect to Trybooking' modal.
- Go to the “Notify URL” page under “Integration Tools” https://portal.trybooking.com/au/integration/notify-url
- Paste the URL that was copied into the field
- Click save

- You should now be all set up with Try Booking Webhooks as well!
- If your account's connected, it will confirm "Your Try Booking account is currently connected" in your Audience Republic account:
- You can also copy your Webhook URL now if you missed copying it previously.
How to disconnect your Try Booking account
- To disconnect the integration, go into your Try Booking account in Audience Republic, click on the Settings wheel on the top right-hand corner, select the option to 'remove connection'
What data will be synced?
- Event data: name, date, ID, time
- Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time
- Contact data: Full name, email address, mobile number with country code, country, city, and state
What data will not be synced?
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Tags
- Cannot sync multiple ticketing accounts
- Cannot resync events if they are deleted
- Cannot resync Full Event Data manually
