How to connect to Ticketmaster AU/NZ

Before you get started

  • Make sure you have a Ticketmaster account
  • Please note that Ticketmaster US is not accessible on our platform; this integration is exclusive to Australian and New Zealand users.
  • Venue permissions are required for Ticketmaster Australia and New Zealand accounts to initiate the promoter feed. If you are a Promoter, please contact your ticketing manager to begin this process.

How to connect to Ticketmaster AU/NZ

  • Click on Account Settings > Integrations 
  • Next to Ticketmaster, click connect

  • Choose a message list to sync contacts to, this will subscribe associated contacts to a list (optional)

  • Then click Confirm 
  • Next, enter your Account name
  • Optional: Select a list to subscribe associated contacts
  • Click Confirm

  • After, you will need confirm this with [email protected] to finish connecting your Ticketmaster account
  • If you are a promoter, kindly reach out to your ticketing manager to request permission and initiate this process.

  • Once connected, a green tick will appear to verify the connection ✅

  • This sync will include your events, ticket sales and ticket purchaser contact details 
  • Please note: Your event images won't be synced, please manually add your event images once your events have been synced.


What data will be synced?

  • Contact ID
  • First & last name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number (without country code)
  • State
  • Postcode
  • Country
  • Marketing Opt-ins


Sync time is daily

When you sync your contacts, all of them will be pulled into the system. However, any contacts who opted-out will not be added to your list(s).


What data won't be synced?

  • Tags (including genre tags)
  • Gender
  • Event images
  • Date of birth
  • Order ID
  • Refund data
  • Cannot resync events if they are deleted 
  • Cannot resync Full Event Data manually 

 

Ticket total margins

Please note: venues have a margin error of 3% while promoters have a margin error of 1% due to Ticketmaster's ability to allow clients to reassign tickets.

The Ticketmaster integration is currently in beta testing, so some data may not be fully visible once it is set up.
