Before you get started

• Make sure you have a Humanitix account
• You'll need to generate a Humanitix API Key, click HERE to create one
• In your Humanitix account, go to Account > Advanced > Public API KEY
• Click New Public API Key
• Copy the API Key

How to connect to Humanitix

• Log into your Audience Republic account
• Got to Account Settings > Integrations
• Find the Humanitix Integration and click Connect

• Paste your API Key (provided by Humanitix) and enter an Account Name
• Then click on Confirm

• Wait for the page to display 'Your Humanitix account is currently connected' 

• The ‘Connect’ button above will change to ‘Manage’ upon successful connection of an integration.
• To do a manual sync, head over to the Humanitix integration ‘Manage’ page. 
  *Please note: Your events will take 5 minutes to sync to your Audience Republic account

What data will be synced?

• Event data: name, date, ID, time
• Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time
• Contact data: Full name, email address, mobile number, country, state, postcode, city
• Auto sync frequency is daily

What data won't be synced?

• Date of birth
• Tags
• Gender
