Before you get started


How it works

  • Toggle for enabling the feature in setup.
  • Immediate email will be sent upon signup.
  • There will be an option to resend the verification email.
  • You will be able to edit the email field.
  • Compatibility with existing forms.

How to set up Email Verification for Signup forms

  • Go into your Signup form
  • On Step 2 of the signup form, scroll down to 'Verify your registrants'
  • Enable the toggle to ON

    *Note: When the 'Email Verification' toggle is switched on, contacts will receive a verification code via email. Only after verifying will they be added to your message lists.


Registrant Experience

  • After the registrant subscribes to the Signup form, they will receive an email containing their code

    Example:


  • After they enter the code 
  • They must click 'submit' to complete the signup
