Using the Quick Filters in email marketing

Apply the Quick Filters feature in messaging to efficiently filter your audience and promptly send out your email.

Before you get started

How to use the Quick Filters in email marketing

  • Select the "Send to" list
  • Click Quick Filters
  • In the drop-down menu, select the option of the specific audience:

  • Tag: Send an email message to anyone with or without the specific tag:

  • Opened message / Didn't open message: Send an email to anyone who opened or didn't open the message(s). You will need to select the specific message(s).

  • Clicked message / Didn't click message: Send an email to anyone who clicked or didn't click the message(s). You will need to select the specific message(s). 

  • Purchased ticket to / Didn't purchase ticket to: Send an email to anyone who purchased or didn't purchase tickets to an event. You will need to select the specific event(s). 

  • Registered to campaign / Didn't register to camapign: Send an email to anyone who registered to or didn't register to a campaign. You will need to select the specific camapign(s). 




Message filters aren't updating

If you are having trouble with the message filters not updating or the email not sending due to this, please go back to the "Send To" section in your email and select the list again

  • Then re-select the filters to force a refresh
