Best practices for creating an email draft

  • When starting a new email, save the draft by clicking the Save and Exit button (located in the upper right corner), then open it again to make further edits.

  • Limit the number of people working on the email draft to one person at a time. Any changes made to the email draft will not be saved or updated if multiple team members are working on it concurrently.
  • Make sure that only one browser tab is open with the email draft to guarantee that any updated changes are saved and that no other team members are still working on the draft on their computers.
