Provide fans with the option to choose if they want to receive marketing material or not on your signup form.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have or are in the process of creating a signup form
How to enable subscription preferences on signup forms
- Go to Messages > Sign Up Forms
- Click on the ⋮ icon
- Select Edit
- Go to Step 2: Form Fields
- Scroll to the Privacy field
- Turn on Enable checkboxes for GDPR/CCPTA/TCPA
- Optional: add a disclaimer
- Click Finish
