How to view Dark Mode Preview

View the "Dark Mode Preview" by clicking on the Dark Mode Preview toggle in the email builder:

Click Preview
Select Preview Email

Enable the Dark Mode Preview toggle

Dark Mode causes colours to change in text and transparent image content. Generally, this results in a light-coloured scheme on a dark-coloured background:

Tips for using Dark Mode

Avoid using pure white (#FFFFFF) and pure black (#000000). Instead, use off-whites and grey/blacks. This helps reduce the impact on email clients that perform a full inversion
Use transparent PNGs (when possible)
On images that include text, outline black text in white to ensure it will always be legible. We suggest doing the opposite if using white text on a dark background.
