Before you get started
- Make sure you have access to the Messaging Menu
How to add Dynamic Tag Fallbacks
- Go into your email Draft
- Click Add a Dynamic Tag in the Text box
- Click Preview > Dynamic Tag Fallbacks
- Enter the Fallback value
- Click Done
Troubleshooting Dynamic Tag Fallbacks
- If this does not show, you will need to Download the CSV file (this will contain all of your recipients that are selected to receive the email message)
- Once downloaded, add a column in the CSV file that contains 'dynamic tags' and then import it as 'dynamic tags' in the email builder:

2. Import the CSV file that contains a 'dynamic tags' column:
3. Add the Dynamic tag
4. Click Preview > Dynamic Tags Fallback
6. Enter a Fallback tag then click Done
How to Preview Dynamic tags
- Click Preview > Preview Dynamic tags
- Your dynamic tags will then appear in the email body content as a preview
