How to connect your TicketSpice Integration

Before you get started

  • Make sure you have a TicketSpice account
  • Notify your Customer Success Manager that you want to connect your Ticketspice account with Audience Republic 

How to connect your TicketSpice Integration

  • First, sign in to your Ticketspice account
  • You will need to create an API Key


Please follow the steps to create an API key from your Ticketspice account:

  • Step 1: Go under Extras in the main navigation and choose Integrations

  • Step 2: Click on the button to Add API Key


  • Step 3: Give Your API A Reference Name & Copy the Key 
    You will need to share this API Key with your CSM so they can internally connect this to your Audience Republic account

  • Step 4: Click the "Update Key" button to close the window. 
    Please note, you may need to refresh the page to see the newly generated API Key.


  • Share the API Key with your Customer Success Manager or support@audiencerepublic.com 


  • In the backend, they will enter your Ticketspice account name and API Key
  • Once connected, the Ticketspice data will be synced (daily)


What data will be synced?

  • Only events connected to the specified merchant ID will sync  
  • Event data: name, date, ID, time
  • Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time, contact ID
  • Contact data: Full name, email address, mobile number (without country code), city, state, country
  • Auto sync frequency is daily


What data won't be synced?

  • Event images
  • Tour information
  • Refund data
  • Date of birth
  • Tags
  • Webhook syncs
  • Cannot resync events if they are deleted 
  • Cannot resync Full Event Data 
  • No marketing opt-in is available



Data Discrepancy

Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its unique way of calculating and displaying ticketing data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
