How to connect your TicketSpice Integration

Before you get started

Make sure you have a TicketSpice account
Notify your Customer Success Manager that you want to connect your Ticketspice account with Audience Republic

How to connect your TicketSpice Integration

First, sign in to your Ticketspice account
You will need to create an API Key

Please follow the steps to create an API key from your Ticketspice account:

Step 1: Go under Extras in the main navigation and choose Integrations

Step 2: Click on the button to Add API Key

Step 3: Give Your API A Reference Name & Copy the Key
You will need to share this API Key with your CSM so they can internally connect this to your Audience Republic account

Step 4: Click the "Update Key" button to close the window.
Please note, you may need to refresh the page to see the newly generated API Key.

Share the API Key with your Customer Success Manager or support@audiencerepublic.com

In the backend, they will enter your Ticketspice account name and API Key
Once connected, the Ticketspice data will be synced (daily)

What data will be synced?

Only events connected to the specified merchant ID will sync
Event data: name, date, ID, time
Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time, contact ID
Contact data: Full name, email address, mobile number (without country code), city, state, country
Auto sync frequency is daily

What data won't be synced?

Event images
Tour information
Refund data
Date of birth
Tags
Webhook syncs
Cannot resync events if they are deleted
Cannot resync Full Event Data
No marketing opt-in is available

Data Discrepancy

Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its unique way of calculating and displaying ticketing data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
