How to add new users within your Audience Republic account

As the Account Owner, you can add and edit new users within your Audience Republic account, as well as select the permission level for each user.

How to add a new user

  • Go to Account Settings

  • Click the Users tab

  • To add a new user, click the New User button


  • Insert the new user's email address and select the User Type (click HERE to learn about the roles of each User type)


  • An email invitation will be sent to the new user's email inbox they will need to accept and create a password before obtaining access
  • **The invitation link will expire in 48 hours**


  • The new user will be in 'pending' status until they accept the invite
  • You can resend the invite by clicking : Resend


How to delete a User

  • Next to the User, click : Delete



  • If the User already had access, a confirmation pop-up will appear to ensure you want to delete the user from your account:


How to edit User details

  • If you are the Account Owner, you can edit your first and last name
  • As the Account Owner, you can also edit the additional account users: their first and last names as well as change their User Type:

  • **Please note that you cannot edit User email addresses. If you need to update the Account Owner's email address, please contact support@audiencerepublic.com 
  • To update additional users' email addresses, simply recreate them as a new user
