As the Account Owner, you can add and edit new users within your Audience Republic account, as well as select the permission level for each user.
How to add a new user
- Go to Account Settings
- Click the Users tab
- To add a new user, click the New User button
- Insert the new user's email address and select the User Type (click HERE to learn about the roles of each User type)
- An email invitation will be sent to the new user's email inbox they will need to accept and create a password before obtaining access
- **The invitation link will expire in 48 hours**
- The new user will be in 'pending' status until they accept the invite
- You can resend the invite by clicking : Resend
How to delete a User
- Next to the User, click : Delete
- If the User already had access, a confirmation pop-up will appear to ensure you want to delete the user from your account:
How to edit User details
- If you are the Account Owner, you can edit your first and last name
- As the Account Owner, you can also edit the additional account users: their first and last names as well as change their User Type:
- **Please note that you cannot edit User email addresses. If you need to update the Account Owner's email address, please contact support@audiencerepublic.com
- To update additional users' email addresses, simply recreate them as a new user
If the user's email address is already in use
If a user's email address is already associated with another user's account, it cannot be linked to multiple accounts. You will have to use a different email address for that user.
