Learn how to add a new sender address to your Audience Republic account, how to edit or remove a sender address, and how to verify your sender address.

*Your sender address must be active before adding it to Audience Republic

*Do not add a new sender address until it's been created and you have access to the inbox for it.

How to add a new sender email address

You can use a sender address to send marketing emails and newsletters to subscribers who have signed up for the emails. Often, a sender address is always a business email address and reflects the “From” part of an email creation so that the recipient can identify the sender of the email.

In addition to your primary email address, you can also add a number of aliases to your Audience Republic account.

  • In the Messaging Menu, go into your Email Message
  • In Step 1, click on the "From" drop-down menu option

  • Select Add New Email

  • Fill in the details and click Create

How to remove or edit a sender email address 

  • In the Messaging Menu, go to Lists
  • Next to any list, click : and List settings

  • Click the drop-down menu arrow
  • Click Edit next to the email address that you want to remove or update

  • Select Delete or Update

How to verify your sender email address

To avoid emails landing in the recipient's spam folder, ensure your sender address is verified and authenticated before sending your first email.

You can also update your business name and business address.

After you have added a new Sender email address, it will need verification for messaging fans.

  • To verify, go to Lists
  • Click : Settings
  • Click Resend verification email

  • The verification email will be sent to your inbox
  • Click on the link to verify the sender email address

  • The link will take you back to your AREP account and a pop-up message will appear: Success! Your email address has been verified

How to update your company name and address

  • Go to Lists
  • Click on the list that contains the sender address that you want to update : Settings

  • Click the drop-down arrow
  • Edit the Sender address

  • Update the From (business) name and/or Business Address 

  • Select Update
  • Click Save
