Once a list is created, you are able to edit:
- The name of the list,
- Which channels are used for the list, and
- The sender email details (from name, from email address, and business address)
You can also delete a list if required.
Before you get started
- To edit or delete a list, you first need to create a list
How to edit a list
- Navigate to the Messaging menu
- Click on the Lists tab
- Search for the list you would like to edit, and click on it
- To edit the list name, click on the pencil icon
- Update the name and press return or enter on your keyboard to accept the change
- To edit the channels that are used for the list, click the cog icon in the top right
- In the List settings pop-up box, you can select or deselect the channel(s)
- To edit the Sender email details, click the cog (settings) icon in the top right
- In the List settings pop-up box, you can select or edit a previously saved sender email, or add a new email
How to delete a list
- Navigate to the Messaging menu
- Click on the Lists tab
- Search for the list you would like to edit, and click the ⋮ icon to the right
- Click on Delete
- When the pop up box appears, confirm that you want to proceed by typing DELETE in the text box and then click Delete
