Lists you create in Audience Republic can be exported as a CSV file anytime from the Messaging menu.
Before you get started
- To export a list, you first need to create a list and add contacts
- Please use FireFox, Safari or Chrome browser for exporting, not Microsoft Edge
How to export a list
- Navigate to the Messaging menu
- Click on the Lists tab
- Search for the list you would like to edit, and click the ⋮ icon to the right
- Click on Download CSV
- An email will be sent to you containing a CSV file to securely download your data
- The data included when exporting a list are:
- Email address
- Name
- Mobile number
- Country
- State
- City
- Postcode
- DOB
- Opted into Email, SMS
- Fan OID
