Edit or delete a list

Once a list is created, you are able to edit:

  • The name of the list,
  • Which channels are used for the list, and
  • The sender email details (from name, from email address, and business address)

You can also delete a list if required.

Before you get started 

How to edit a list

  • Navigate to the Messaging menu
  • Click on the Lists tab
  • Search for the list you would like to edit, and click on it

  • To edit the list name, click on the pencil icon
  • Update the name and press return or enter on your keyboard to accept the change 

  • To edit the channels that are used for the list, click the cog icon in the top right
  • In the List settings pop-up box, you can select or deselect the channel(s)

  • To edit the Sender email details, click the cog (settings) icon in the top right
  • In the List settings pop-up box, you can select or edit a previously saved sender email, or add a new email

How to delete a list

  • Navigate to the Messaging menu
  • Click on the Lists tab
  • Search for the list you would like to edit, and click the ⋮ icon to the right
  • Click on Delete

  • When the pop up box appears, confirm that you want to proceed by typing DELETE in the text box and then click Delete
