Simplify the way your fans manage their subscription preferences by providing the option to just 'unsubscribe'

Before you get started

• Make sure you have access to the Messaging Menu

How to turn off 'manage subscription preferences'

• Go to the Messaging Menu, click Lists
• Click Settings

• Slide the button across to turn off Disable Manage Subscription Preferences
• Click Save

• After your email's been sent, if a fan wants to unsubscribe, the option will now appear like this:
