Before you get started

• Ensure Contacts Have a Tag: Make sure the contacts you want to remove have a specific tag assigned to them.
• Backup Your Contacts: Have the original CSV file containing these contacts or export them before deletion. This will allow you to re-import them if needed.
• Ensure you have access to Audience Manager

How to bulk delete contacts from a list 

1. Filter by Tag and Subscribed to list:
   • Go to Audience filters
   • Select the tag associated with the contacts you wish to remove.
   • Choose "Subscribed to List" to locate contacts within the specific list.
     
2. Apply the Filters:
   • Apply these filters to isolate the contacts you want to remove.
3. Delete Filtered Contacts:
   • Select all contacts that appear from the filter results.
   • Delete these filtered contacts from the list.
     

• Using the backup CSV, re-import the contacts into the appropriate list.
