When you send an email, or SMS we track and analyze data on clicks, opens, bounced, etc. You can view this information in the Messaging menu. 

Before you get started

• To view message reports, you need to have sent an email or SMS message

How to view message reports

• Navigate to the Messaging menu
• Choose the Messages tab. Here you can see all the messages you have sent, along with the open and click rates.

• To view more detailed information, click on the message name
• In the Recipients tab, click : and export as CSV
