Whitelisting IP Addresses

Please whitelist these IP addresses. Noting the 7 new ones and ensuring all 20 are whitelisted. We have opted to add a few more to the pool in advance of the new Gmail / Yahoo updates.

How to Whitelist our IP Addresses

Whitelisting our IP addresses can be done on your email server or spam filtering settings to ensure smooth email testing and delivery. Here's a general outline of how it can be approached based on the email system:

For Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online:

  • You can access the Exchange admin center.
  • Please navigate to the protection section, then connection filter.

  • Click on the connection filtering policy, then the + sign to add our IP addresses.


For On-Premises Exchange 2013 and 2016:

  • Log in to your exchange admin center.
  • From the left sidebar menu, go to Mail flow > Connectors.
  • Click Add a connector.
  • Select Partner organization in the Connection from the section.
  • Give the connector a name and click Next.
  • In the Authenticating sent email window, select the option that states By verifying that the IP address of the sending server matches one of the following IP addresses that belong to your partner organization.
  • Enter our IP addresses and click Next.
  • Uncheck the TLS option stating Reject email messages if they are not sent over.
  • Click Next, then click Save to complete the process.




Google Workspace:

  • Select "Spam, Phishing, and Malware"


  • In the Email Allowlist section, enter the IP addresses, separated by commas.
  • At the bottom of the page, click Save

*Changes can take up to 24 hours but typically happen more quickly


GoDaddy 
  • Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  • Locate Website Security and Backups next to the Website Security Account you’re managing.
  • Select Manage.
  • In the menu bar, select Firewall.
  • Open Access Control
  • Select Whitelist IP Addresses to allow access or Blacklist IP Addresses to block the address.
  • In Address New IP… text box, type the IP address and select how long you want to allow or block access.

If you have a single domain, select: Settings > Access Control.

For Multiple Domains on GoDaddy

  • Select the gear icon for the domain you wish to configure, then select Access Control. Remember the following:
  • Select Apply Changes to All Domains to allow or block an IP address to all domains.
  • Quickly allow or block an IP address for a single domain within a group of domains by performing steps one through three above, selecting IP Access Control for the specific domain, and adding the IP address.
