How to exclude recipients who were sent a previous email
You can exclude recipients who were sent a previous email by using the Messaging Filter:
- Firstly, add the recipient list
- The click Filter
- In the Filter, select Sent Message - not in any of the selected
- Select the email(s)
- Click Apply Filter
