How to send an email excluding previous ticket purchasers 

To exclude previous ticket purchasers in an email/SMS message, please follow these steps:


  • Go to your Message > Select the recipient list (such as your Masterlist)
  • Click on Filter
  • Click Purchased tickets To specific event(s) > not purchased tickets to any (or all)
  • Select the specific events/artists that you want to exclude from the Filter results. This will exclude all ticket purchasers who purchased tickets to those events/artists
  • Click Apply


How to send an email excluding contacts who have a specific tag

To exclude those who have a specific tag from being sent an email / SMS message: 
  • Go to your Message > Select the recipient list (such as your Masterlist)
  • Click on Filter
Click Tag and choose "Not assigned to any / all" to exclude sending an email to contacts with that tag:

  • Click Apply
