Before you get started

How to add tags to new & existing event attendees/ticket purchasers

  • Go to Audience Manager
  • Click on Filter
  • Select the Filter: Purchased ticket to > select the event(s)

  • Click Tags > Add 
  • Create or add an existing tag to these fans

  • Enter tag(s)

  • After applying the tag(s), click Save
