How to exclude ticket purchasers from being sent a message

  • Go into your message

  • Select the Recipient list
  • Click Filter

  • Select Purchased tickets To specific event(s) > not purchased tickets to any
  • Select the specific event(s) that you want to exclude from the Filter results. 
  • Click Apply Filter

This will exclude all ticket purchasers who purchased tickets to those events from being sent the message.
