How to exclude ticket purchasers from being sent a message
Go into your message
- Select the Recipient list
- Click Filter
- Select Purchased tickets To specific event(s) > not purchased tickets to any
- Select the specific event(s) that you want to exclude from the Filter results.
- Click Apply Filter
This will exclude all ticket purchasers who purchased tickets to those events from being sent the message.
