Before you get started
- Make sure you have access to the Audience Manager
Definitions of Message Filters in the Audience Manager
- Total messages sent: The quantity of messages with the status "sent"
- Total Messages opened: by fans who opened any message
- Total messages clicked: by fans after they had opened and clicked on them
- Sent message: any message that's been "sent"
- Sent message with name: a particular message that has been "sent"
- Opened message: Fans who received any message and opened it
- Opened message with name: Fans who opened a particular message they received
- Clicked message: Fans who clicked on a message
- Clicked message with name: Fans who received a specific message and clicked on it
- Clicked-on link: fans who have clicked on a link within a sent message
- Didn't open message: recipients who have received at least one message but did not open any messages. This will show fans who were recipients but did not open the message.
- Bounced email: Email messages that bounced and were not delivered to fans' inboxes
- Marked email as spam: Fans who flagged an email they received as spam
- Undelivered messages: messages that were not delivered to fans' inboxes
- Subscribed to list: recipients who opted-in to a specific marketing list
- Unsubscribed from list: recipients who opted-out of a specific marketing list
- Submitted sign-up form: Fans who registered to a sign-up form
- Facebook Messenger subscribers: Fans who have registered to Facebook Messenger
- Subscribed to channel: Fans who have registered on a specific social media platform
- Suppressed email recipients: Email addresses that are invalid, inactive, or suppressed
