Before you get started
- Ensure you have access to the Audience Manager and Custom Fields
- Make sure you have created a Custom Field that is not a 'multi-select' field but a 'single field' or 'plain text' field
Please note: the import process does not support multi-select Profile fields, only single-select or plain text options
How to import custom fields
- After you have created a single-select or a plain-text custom field, go to Audience Manager and click "import contacts" to upload your CSV file
- Map the custom field
- Proceed with the import process. Guide: Importing contacts to Audience Manager
