How to resend a message to registrants who didn't open the initial message
To resend an email to campaign registrants who didn’t open the initial email, you’ll need to use the Messaging menu. This feature isn’t available when creating an email directly from the campaign section.
To ensure this process works smoothly:
- Add the campaign registrants to a list. This is essential for applying the appropriate filters.
You can follow these steps:
- Go to Audience Manager,
- Apply the filter 'Registered to the campaign',
- Tick to select all filtered contacts, and click Add to list.
2. Once they've been added to the list, go to the Messaging menu and create a new email.
3. Select the list
4. Click Filter and apply the following filters:
- Campaign: Select the relevant campaign(s) where the registrants are from.
- Didn’t open message: Select the specific message you want to target non-openers for.
- Click Save
